Elliott Barrow
Business Owner
Elliott is a multi-generational attorney who has dedicated his legal career to helping others obtain justice. His legal proficiency and compassionate care have been guiding forces throughout his career, leading him to great success over the past thirty years. He is highly respected in the legal community for his consistent and thorough investigation, meticulous preparation and zealous representation. While showing formidable force in the courtroom when necessary, he also realizes that sometimes mediation and cooperative law can serve the needs of his clients more effectively than courtroom combat.
Elliott’s practice focuses on helping families and small businesses. Whenever they need help dealing with insurance companies after suffering debilitating injuries or death; contract disputes; defective construction; hazardous drugs and machinery; and mediated settlements and arbitration. Barrow Law Firm is there for you!
As a cum laude graduate from law school, published author in legal journals, lecturer at legal seminars, and member of numerous legal and non-legal societies and organizations, Elliott’s connections and reputation serve him well in the courtroom.
Elliott is well-known for his extensive community work and passion for education. He is an active member of Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant, and has served as Head Coach of the Wando High School Mock Trial Team for over a decade.
My Personal Pledge to You
Being involved in a legal matter can be intimidating, upsetting, and difficult. That’s why the fundamental goal of Barrow Law Firm is to make the process as reassuring and smooth for you as possible.
As a boutique law firm, we are uniquely positioned to get to know you and your concerns. Our size also allows us to provide the major benefits of personal attention and highly specialized services that frequently aren’t available in larger firms. I get to know each of my clients thoroughly and take whatever time is needed for them to feel comfortable and supported.
My roots in the Charleston, S.C. area are deep, dating back to the 17th century. My ancestors served as lawyers (including my father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great grandfather), judges, US Senators, and other public servants.
I never forgot the oath I took when sworn into the Bar. That commitment requires me to provide the highest professional services to my clients. To help those who are hurting and in need of assistance, and to serve the community at large.
As a testament to the quality and manner of services rendered, it is notable that most new clients come to our firm because of our reputation in the community and referrals from other satisfied clients.
Feel free to contact me anytime if you have a question or concern.
